VIS School Board policy sets class sizes at 18 for Preschool and Primary Preparation Classes,
and 24 for Grades 1 through 12. Additional students may be added at the Director's
discretion, according to guidelines set by the Board. Students at VIS participate in classes
with a small student/teacher ratio and as a result receive a focused, personalized, and carefully
monitored education. Our goal is to deal with each child’s needs as our teachers seek to
provide a nurturing, safe environment in which all may attain the best possible levels of
achievement.
