The VIS Student Council is comprised of student representatives from all grades from 6 through 12 and is coordinated by two staff members and students elected to the positions of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The Student Council meets regularly to plan school events, organise school assemblies and discuss student matters. It is a strong representative group for the student body and has a large impact on the positive school culture at VIS.
