The IB Diploma accreditation team recently visited VIS and spent two days meeting with teachers, parents and students to evaluate the work the VIS faculty has been putting in to prepare for the implimentation of the IB Diploma program.

The visiting team will now prepare a recommendation for the IB head office in Geneva, Switzerland which when signed, will either grant VIS official status as an IB accredited institution, grant a probationary period before full accreditation is granted or deny the application for accreditation.

Based on the exit meeting with the accreditation team, VIS is confident at gaining full accreditation to impliment the IB Diploma program for next school year and beyond.
