Quarter Three 2007-08

Dear Parents,

We are soon going to begin our Third Quarter of the Activities Program for 2007-08. This session will begin Monday, February 11th and conclude Friday, April 4th, 2008.

Please read the following information carefully, and return the attached Family Registration Form to Mr. Juteau by:
Thursday, January 31st, 2008

Information:

Each child is permitted to sign up for 3 (THREE) activities with two sessions of TAE KWON DO counting as one sign up, however I am asking that if you wish your child to take part in 3 activities a week to please fill in their top 5 picks – just in case some activities that they want are full!

There are NO guarantees that your child will get their first choice, but every attempt will be made to try and achieve this

Home. Please note that if your child is not involved in an activity, they should leave the campus by 15:00 (3:00). This is so our facilities can be clear for activities.

Please note that payment to sponsors, who are not on the VIS teaching staff, will not be processed through the school office. Instead payment will be made directly to the sponsor.

However a strict policy will be enforced whereby non payment will result in non participation.

Tae Kwon Do classes will be grouped according to ability levels.

Monday: BEGINNERS  1 x  per week ($ 20.00)
Tuesday/ Thursday: WHITE AND SMALL YELLOW BELT STUDENTS   2 x  per week ($40.00)
Wednesday/ Friday: BIG YELLOW BELT & UP  2 x  per week ($40.00)

VIS offers the Primary School Activities Program from 15:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday.  This activity program is organized and sponsored by VIS. The Secondary Sports Program and other members of our community generously offer activities outside the VIS Primary Activities Program time frame i.e., after 16:00 during the week or on weekends.
