Mr. Phou helps out Grade Advisors and the Student Services Team in various duties. He enjoys sharing his love for learning with students and with teachers. A keen student of the English language, Phou keeps a notebook of newly learned words.

What he likes best about teaching is seeing students achieve: "it's very rewarding."

Mr. Phou is married to Noi, and they have two young sons. As a hobby, he collects fighting fish.
