Vivian's work as a teacher-trainer in "ESL in the Mainstream," a professional development program used in many international schools, will be an asset to her Co-Teaching assignment. Ms. Vivian has extensive experience in teaching ESL in Australia and in Vietnam.

She enjoys teaching immensely, especially meeting and learning from the variety of people from all over the world she will find at VIS.  Ms. Vivian enjoys being involved in the VIS and wider Vientiane communities, and learning about Lao culture and how it is integrated into VIS learning. She enjoys variety and flexibility in her teaching.

Ms. Vivian is active on the Social Services Committee that works to raise funds and resources in order to aid less privileged schools and students in Laos.
