Mr. Stephan joined our administrative staff in September 2005. His two sons, Yannic and Dominic, are VIS secondary students.

 

He is originally from Switzerland. Before coming to Laos, Mr. Stephan worked with the Swatch Group as a regional member of the Group's management board, responsible for South America and President of their subsidiaries in Brazil. Other prior work has provided him with professional and personal experiences in Switzerland, Portugal and Saudi Arabia. Stephan also served as an officer in the Swiss Army.

 

Mr. Stephan speaks German, English, French and Portuguese and spends his free time reading books. He also likes to play tennis and badminton.
